Division II: Overall, private schools outperform public schools 1.88:1 
    Region 5: Outperformance is 1.92:1
    Region 6: Outperformance is 1.97:1
    Region 7: Outperformance is 1.67:1
    Region 8: Outperformance is 2.11:1

Division III: Overall, private schools outperform public schools 1.68:1  
    Region 9: Outperformance is 1.73:1
    Region 10: Outperformance is 1.98:1

Division IV: Overall, private schools outperform public schools 1.18:1

These results tend to indicate that there is, indeed, a significant outperformance enjoyed by private/parochial institutions and the multiplier (if designed to create absolute equity) should be set at somewhere between 1.18 and 1.88, depending on what percent of that outperformance is attributed to factors that one one would what to correct for.
